Elsa Simpson

Elsa Simpson is a human interaction consultant, trainer, facilitator and coach. Her expertise is underpinned by more than 30 years of providing interventions to corporates in various industries, to employees on all organisational levels and to individuals. Her corporate clients come from, among others, the IT (software development), energy, construction and financial services sectors. She also does group coaching and private counselling to help people with personal and professional development.

She holds an Honours BA (Medical Social Work) and MA (Social Work: Supervision and Management) cum laude from Stellenbosch University. She is a qualified Transmind practitioner (i.e. qualified to use the Organic ScoreCard© diagnostic tool) and an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) expert with experience in therapeutic counselling, coaching, training and management consultation.

Elsa’s team of facilitators include Organic ScoreCard© facilitators, professional coaches and psychologists.

Clariact

Clariact offers training and coaching interventions to enhance the performance of teams in IT and other environments.

Clariact’s facilitators use a unique combination of expertise, skills and tools – called the Clariact Team Intervention – to help clients to:

• Implement need-specific solutions to help the team members – individually as well as in a team context – to perform optimally.
